The names and ages of the three dead Israeli teens, reportedly killed by Hamas, are as follows:

The name Gilad is quite impressive in Gematria.

• The number 44 is associated with 'kill'
• Kill = 11+9+12+12 = 44

The name Eyal Yifrach is also quite revealing.
