Obama gave his "emperor" speech on immigration as it has been dubbed on November 20, 2014.

As usual, this shaping of Obama's character and legacy is all coinciding with the numerology of the corresponding dates these events take place on.
Recall that Julius Caesar was assassinated on the 74th day of the year, March 15, on the current Gregorian Calendar System. This coming March 15, 2015, will be a date with a numerology of '33'.
